The Psychedelic Leadership Self-Assessment

This is the first exercise in Psychedelic Leadership, and the one I ask every leader I work with to do before anything else. It takes about thirty minutes. You rate yourself on nineteen capacities across three domains: your human values, your visionary capacities, and the gap between insight and practice. You rate twice, where you are now and where you want to be in twelve months. The gap between the two numbers is your development edge.

Do it with blunt honesty. The score is not a judgment. It is a compass heading.
